# Meeting follow-up

Read the [shared contract](../meetings-and-follow-through/references/working-contract.md). Receive grounded notes, confirmed decisions, the interview's recipient needs and purpose, audience context and known commitments.

Prepare one complete draft per confirmed recipient. Give the recipient enough context to understand the agreement, the specific response or action requested, its purpose and any established deadline. Separate a request for information from a decision or commitment. Adapt detail for the recipient's responsibilities and relationship to the leader; do not disclose irrelevant sensitive material just because it appeared in the transcript.

Trace substantive claims and requests to the transcript, business context or confirmed interview answer. When an owner, recipient or deadline is consequential and unresolved, ask through the caller or provide a clearly incomplete proposal in a separate note. Never invent an address, colleague, date or promise to make a draft appear finished. Preserve disagreement and unresolved choices where they affect the request.

Return each recipient's draft with a usable subject when email is intended, the requested action and purpose, source anchors and any remaining review question. The caller passes these drafts to personal-voice when confirmed preferences exist. Review that the draft preserves meaning and establishes no new commitment beyond the inputs. Drafting does not send a message; any send requires separate authority and an available tool.
