Day 3-5: The "Simplification" Scrub (Module 1)

• Action: Take your next upcoming presentation (or a past one).
• Task: Apply the "User Interface" Test. Remove 30% of the text. Split complex slides into two. Use Bold for key insights only.
• Result: Your slides will instantly look cleaner and more confident than your peers'.

Objective: Cut your design time in half using the AI & Toolkit methods.

Day 6-8: Build Your "Lego" Kit (Module 2)

• Action: Create a single PowerPoint file called My_Visual_Toolkit.pptx.
• Task: Paste in your 3 favorite fonts, your company color palette (saved in Theme Colors), and 10 essential icons (Strategy, Data, Growth, Team, Risk, etc.).
• Result: Stop searching for assets. Copy/Paste from your kit. Speed x2.

Day 9-10: The AI Data Analyst (Module 3)

• Action: Next time you have raw data in Excel.
• Task: Do NOT make the chart yourself. Use the Course Prompt in ChatGPT:

Act as a Data Storyteller. Here is my data. Suggest the best chart to show [Trend/Comparison] and give me the headline.

• Result: You stop being a "Chart Maker" and start being a "Data Storyteller."

Objective: Present like an MBB (McKinsey/Bain/BCG) Consultant.

Day 11-15: The "Morph" Reveal (Module 3)

• Action: For your next major update or pitch.
• Task: Don't use bullet points to show a timeline or process. Use the Morph Transition to move a "Focus Bubble" across the timeline.
• Result: This is the "Wow" moment. Stakeholders will assume you hired a designer.

Day 21: The Template Launch (Module 4)

• Action: Finalize your "Fixed" Company Template (from Week 1).
• Task: Share it with your immediate team.
