How This Calculation Works
Weekly hours × 4.33 = monthly hours. Monthly hours × your hourly rate = the dollar value of your time spent on these tasks every month.
Claude Cowork handles roughly 80% of these categories well — email triage with draft replies, scheduled morning briefings, client research, file cleanup, and multi-platform content. We apply that 80% coverage factor to your monthly time value to get the "time-saved-by-Cowork" number.
Subtract the $20/month Pro plan cost. What's left is your net monthly savings. Divide by $20 for the ROI multiple.
