Client progress review

Monday, October 5, 2026, at 11 a.m. Asia/Kolkata. Alex will cover the welcome guide, planned delivery dates and the access list the team is waiting for.

Alex · project leaderPriya · delivery leadSam · onboarding coordinatorJordan · client contact

Ready and agreed

  • Welcome guide. Contact details, the first-week outline and the support route are ready. Sam will change “account coordinator” to “client coordinator” and send the guide to Priya by 4 p.m. Friday, October 2. Priya will return corrections by 10 a.m. Monday.
  • Tuesday setup. October 6 remains the planned start. Delivery can support that date. Access approvals will be requested when the confirmed role list arrives.
  • Thursday working session. October 8 remains planned. Jordan can join at 2 p.m.; a support specialist is available from 2 to 3 p.m. Jordan will be the rollout contact and tell the client team where to send questions.

Waiting for confirmation

  • Client role list. Jordan intends to send the list by 3 p.m. Friday, subject to the operations manager’s confirmation of access levels. The list prevents requests for the wrong permissions.
  • Full support coverage. Priya will confirm by 1 p.m. Monday. Another client call may affect the specialist’s availability for the whole Thursday session.
  • Operations manager’s attendance. Jordan will confirm by 3 p.m. Monday. The manager should attend the access discussion. Both attendance deadlines follow the 11 a.m. review.

Alex’s decisions

Keep Tuesday as the planned start while waiting for the role list. If the list is late, decide whether to move the date or continue work that does not need access.

After both attendance answers, decide whether Thursday can include the access discussion. If either person cannot attend, retain general onboarding or move the access discussion.

Alex also wants current blockers and decisions needed before the review. That request comes from the leader context; the agreed attendance-confirmation deadlines remain unchanged.

Follow-up drafts

02 / 04

Three messages for Alex to review. Each draft names the next step and why the response matters.

Draft to Sam

Northstar guide wording and review

Hi Sam, Please change “account coordinator” to “client coordinator” in the welcome guide, as agreed with Jordan, and send the updated guide to Priya by 4 p.m. today, Friday, October 2. Priya will return any corrections by 10 a.m. Monday so we can share the final guide in the 11 a.m. client review. Before Monday's review, please let me know if anything is blocking the guide and whether you need a decision from me, so I can prepare to address it with the client. Thanks, Alex
Draft to Priya

Northstar guide check and Monday review

Hi Priya, Sam is updating the guide to use “client coordinator” and will send it to you by 4 p.m. today. Please return any corrections by 10 a.m. Monday, October 5, ahead of the 11 a.m. client review. Before that review, please send me your current blocker and any decision you need from me, so I can prepare to address the issue with the client. Tuesday remains our planned setup start; we'll request the right approvals when Jordan's confirmed role list arrives. Please also confirm full support coverage for Thursday's working session by 1 p.m. Monday, as agreed. We can distinguish what we know at the review from what is still awaiting confirmation. Thanks, Alex
Draft to Jordan

Northstar role list and next week's sessions

Hi Jordan, Thank you for clarifying that the guide should say “client coordinator.” Sam is making that change. Please send the role list by 3 p.m. today, Friday, October 2, once your operations manager has confirmed who needs each level of access. We need the list to request the correct approvals for Tuesday's planned start. If confirmation is delayed, please let me know what remains open and whether you need a decision from us, so we can address the issue before Monday's 11 a.m. review. Please also confirm your operations manager's availability for the Thursday, October 8 working session by 3 p.m. Monday, as agreed. We know you can join at 2 p.m.; we'll settle the session format once both teams' availability is clear. Thanks, Alex

Useful preference

04 / 04
Proposed reusable preference
When preparing a follow-up, make clear what the recipient needs to do and why the response matters. Use the supplied context, and ask when the purpose is missing. A clear action and reason help the recipient understand what response will be useful.

This preference can guide another follow-up. A saved preference needs to be available to the agent that will use it.

Keep in the project record

Northstar’s client review is Monday, October 5, at 11 a.m. Asia/Kolkata.

The review date belongs to Northstar. Keep the date separate from the reusable writing preference.
