# Compare 2 models on the same invoice review

Download **Invoice review project** as `model-comparison-project.zip`, then unzip it. The resulting `model-comparison-project` folder contains only the material the models should receive. Keep this guide and the answer key outside that folder.

1. Create a folder called `model-comparison-results` beside `model-comparison-project`.
2. In the Claude desktop app, open the Code tab, choose Local and select the unchanged `model-comparison-project` folder. Start a fresh conversation with one suitable model available in your account.
3. Paste the request below and run it.
4. Save the complete response in `model-comparison-results`.
5. Start another fresh Claude Code conversation with a second suitable model and select the same unchanged `model-comparison-project` folder.
6. Paste the same request. Keep other settings the same where Claude Code offers comparable settings for both models.
7. Save the second complete response in `model-comparison-results`.
8. Open **Invoice comparison answer key** and check both responses against the source records and policy.

Record the model name shown in Claude Code, total run duration, corrections needed and the plan-usage information Claude Code reports. Do not treat a locally estimated dollar cost as a subscription bill.
